Clancy & Theys Construction Company is a general contractor and construction manager. The company was founded in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1949, and has division offices in Newport News, Va.; Wilmington, N.C.; Charlotte, N.C.; and Orlando, Fla. Each division is led by vice presidents of the company who also serve as CEOs of their respective operations. William J. Goggins leads the Virginia Division.

Clancy & Theys builds commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, and is also widely known for its expertise in major renovation projects.
